Meeting with NFP Lawyer & Planning

Hugh and I met with Yoni Ungar, a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate Advisory Team at Moores.

We have chosen our legal structure. The barrier is a lack of personal finance to pay to get registered. I have set up a Go Fund Me and will discuss this with Hugh also.

We don't have two other directors yet. They will need to have the skills and experience necessary to fulfil the role. The next stages will be developing a constitution, registering the organisation and applying for tax concessions. The full setup process is likely to take around 3 to 4 months.

Tomorrow Mick and I are starting the planning process for the farm. We may go visit a couple of other farms for inspiration.
