Founder & CEO
Dr Cutie Pie
Cutie is one of the most friendly and affectionate dogs on the land. She is a regular at dog parks and walking trails on matters essential to socialising and exercise.
Since 2022, Cutie has been a soft cuddly companion to her parent and brought a smile to many people who met her. She holds a doctorate in Sniffology.
Cutie’s work with assisting her parent to interact with other people and dogs was recognised in the 2024 Snuffy Pups Honours List with her appointment as a Member of the Dog of her family for significant service to her parent and others.

General Manager
Mia B - Cutie's Parent
Mia is responsible for overseeing a broad spectrum of activities for Cutie’s Farm. This includes looking after Cutie, website updates, planting, weeding, watering and social media.
Mia has worked in providing support to people with disabilities. They hold a graduate diploma in Special Education and Human Services and are completing a Women in Business program through TAFE NSW. They are capacity building through Cutie’s Farm in the areas of connecting with community and communication.

Gardening Guru - Support Worker

Mick helps out with planning, installing irrigation, pruning, planting, general tidying up and facilitating community connections.

Support Coordinator - Native Coordination
Hugh Baulderstone
Hugh and his team put in place a mix of supports to increase Cutie's Farms capacity to maintain relationships, manage tasks, live more independently and be included in their community.
Hugh builds the general manager's confidence and skills to direct their lives, not just their services.
